The question we get asked first is always compatibility — whether a Bixolon will drop into an estate built around another vendor's printers. Will a Bixolon printer work with my existing POS software?expand_more
Usually, yes. Bixolon models support the common emulations, which means they can often drop into an estate built around another vendor's printers without a rewrite. The exception is a print stack hard-coded to one vendor's command language — if yours is, tell us and we will say so rather than sell you a printer that needs development work to integrate.
