Sage-connected POS: start with Apexa
The POS application connects the till to Sage. Shortlist Posbank Apexa Core or Core i3 with your software provider, then confirm the Windows configuration, ports, receipt printer, drawer and customer display. Sage integration alone does not certify a terminal.
Stockroom or warehouse?
At a desk, test a USB scanner in the actual stock-entry field. For mobile receiving, picking or counting, ask your Sage partner which stock application and devices it supports. Sage 50 and Sage 200 differ: confirm the edition, modules and workflow before specifying hardware.

Send your Sage version, POS or stock application, quantities, country, rollout date and peripheral list. For handhelds, include scan distance, Wi-Fi coverage and offline requirements. We can then propose a hardware shortlist for your software provider to approve.
